What is e-design
E-design is an affordable alternative to traditional design services. You still get the care and attention of a thoughtfully curated room, but the designing all happens virtually. That means we can still work together, even if you live across the country.
Most of the communication is done via email and all of the products are sourced online. Shopping links are provided with the final room design so you can easily purchase items when it is convenient for you to do so. E-design gives you flexibility to purchase everything at once or individual pieces over time.

Our Classic Design Process
Simply hit the “design questionnaire” button to answer a few simple questions about your space.
Zoe will review your questionnaire and reach out via email. She will provide you with a quote for your space. If you’re happy with it, we’ll move onto designing.
During this stage, you will provide measurements and pictures of your current space, as well as any items you would like to keep. Zoe will work on an initial mood board with selections.
04. review + finalize
You will offer any feedback and changes you might have to the mood board. Zoe will provide you with a final design that takes into account your feedback within 3 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the process take?
You'll generally get your final design within 2 weeks of filling out the design questionnaire. If you have a longer or shorter timeline, we're happy to work with you to get the design done. Then it's your choice when you make the design a reality. Order things right away, knock out those DIY projects, or maybe you want to order one item a month. The timeline is completely in your control, which is one of the awesome things about e-design!
What if I don’t want new furniture?
That's okay! There is A LOT you can update in a space without changing the furniture. In fact, you can make it feel like a completely new room without even moving the couch. If you don't see a design package that fits your needs, request a custom package by sending us a message.
So what do I have to do?
Given the virtual nature of e-design, you'll be in charge of supplying measurements and photos of the current space. Once we have those, we'll take over and come up with a design plan for you. The classic package offers one round of revisions, so you'll be able to offer feedback and request changes after seeing the initial mood board.
Should I get a consultation or purchase the classic package?
If you just want help coming up with an initial vision or have specific design questions you would like help with, the consultation would be great. With the consultation, you will get potential ideas, but we will just talk through it. You will not receive a mood board or specific shopping links.
The consultation can also be purchased in conjunction with the classic package if you would like virtual face-to-face time. The classic package communication will all happen via email.
How does payment work?
For the classic and custom packages, we will send you the price for your room(s) via email within 2 business days of receiving your request. If you agree to the price, we will send you an invoice via PayPal that will be due before the initial design is shared.
For the consultation package, we will send you an invoice via PayPal after confirming your appointment time. The payment is due before the appointment begins.
